Actual website work by Albatross.
Our approach
We start with your club, your audiences and what the website needs to achieve. That gives the structure and content a clear purpose.
We shape the words, imagery and design so people can see what your club offers and find what matters to them.
Search engine optimisation and answer engine optimisation help make your club easier to find and understand. We plan clear page structures, useful answers and technical foundations for traditional search and AI search experiences.
Ongoing content and optimisation are agreed around your club's priorities.
Enquiry forms and booking links give interest somewhere to go. We agree any connections to CRM and Concierge around your team’s workflow.
We deliver the website, check its key journeys and agree how it will be maintained. Editing access, hosting and ongoing support are defined in the project scope.
Selected website / Silvermere
Silvermere’s earlier online presence was spread across multiple domains. Albatross brought the club’s different services together in a single website, with a consistent design and content structure.

Before we begin
We agree the strategy, design, content responsibilities, delivery and support that are included for your club before work begins. The agreed scope also identifies any separate work, so there is a clear basis for review and launch acceptance.
We agree who writes and approves copy, supplies photography or film, and checks that the final pages represent the club accurately. Content ownership, usage rights and approval points are part of the project plan.
We agree which content your team can update and how support will work. Editing options depend on the website and care plan; we do not promise unrestricted self-service editing across every build.
We review the existing content and agree what stays, changes, combines or retires. Where a URL changes, the migration plan records its destination and is checked before launch.
The website can direct people to a booking system or capture an enquiry. A booking link, an embedded form and a supported integration are different pieces of work; any deeper connection depends on provider support and the agreed project scope.
Supported enquiry routing and Concierge can form part of the website setup. We confirm the products, data flow, responsibilities and handover with your team before the build; a connection is not assumed simply because the products exist.
We can work with your existing identity. If the positioning, content or presentation needs attention, Albatross can help define that work alongside the website.
Let’s talk about your website
